Analysis of CitySchools Collaborative Supports for Tutoring Providers and Student Outcomes

This report evaluates the CitySchools Collaborative (CSC) intermediary model for supporting high-impact tutoring (HIT) during the 2024-25 school year in Washington, DC. We utilize a quasi-experimental empirical approach to assess the impact of HIT programs on students’ math and reading growth. We also analyze student, caregiver, and tutor provider survey data.
